At that scale, as an icon on spotify, it was important the name of the song stood out to viewers, a bright colour scheme felt appropriate for this song, it felt like a chilled summer song. Inspired by the whistling and carefree feel of the song, I focused on creating a hand-drawn animation (using procreate) focusing on birds soaring round and round Gemini Candid’s mind - as it’s His silhouette. To create some dimension, I looked to Milton Glaser’s Dylan poster (2008), as an influence to provide a psychedelic feel.
