Working at Atelier Works, this King’s alumni window featured James ‘Africanus’ Beale Horton. He was a political thinker and an early campaigner for African self government. Working from a poor line engraving, the small image file was extensively retouched so that it could appear larger than life, equally striking, alongside other distinguished alumni on King’s College London’s Strand Campus.
